Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policy
24 hours’ notice is required on all driving lessons and Test appointments if wanting to cancel or reschedule on a booked appointment with a Driving Instructor. This allows us to book another client into that spot.
Cancellations without notice the night before the booked appointment will incur a 50% of the service booked fee.
On the day, last-minute or if we arrive and you’re not home, will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your service booked.
